The Trinity/Godhead thing and whether that constitutes one God or three Gods is a whole different can of worms, best dealt with separately from this question.

YES WE DO. And we do believe them to be separate beings. There is God the father, his son - Jesus Christ. We believe each to have a tangible body of flesh and bones. And the Holy Spirit who does not have a tangible body.
