How about this concept; you are your own best friend. Learn to like, love and accept yourself, as you are, without judgment. If you can do this, you will find others will be attracted to you because of your confidence. You really are your own best friend...and if you recognize that, you will realize you do not "need" any other friends. But, as I mentioned, others will be attracted to you and you will choose as friends only those who also honor themselves as you honor yourself.
How do I tell someone off that was my friend, but turned on me?
