You're reading If a 17 year old mormon boy is dating a 20 year old non mormon girl, does that go against everything he believes in?
Comments
you know what... my crackwhore little sister is happy while she is on crack... but she has lost her daughter and at age 24 her life has gone nowhere and she is a loose cannon destroying the lives of everyone who opens their life to her. no I am not saying the nonmember is a loose cannon... just that at times "happiness" today can cost future happiness.
I am not saying he should not date her, I do not know enough about either of them... just that his happiness today is NOT the only thing that matters.

lol,if you read my answers/comments, you'd know I'm got things that are safe and legal, and I make that very clear.
The question had nothing to do with drugs.

legality has nothing to do with the issue. many legal things can destroy your life and many illegal things can improve your life (if you do not get caught) if you read my coment you will see "no I am not saying the nonmember is a loose cannon... just that at times "happiness" today can cost future happiness." I never said the question had anything to do with drugs, it was a more extreme analogy to illustrate how "happiness" today can cost future happiness.
less extreme example for those who can't understand analogies. if 2 people are in love with eachother and get married dispite their life plans being mutualy exclusive they are finding short term happiness but setting themselves up for future misery. examples, one wants kids the other doesn't, one wants eternal marriage the other does not believe in it.

I don't think your comments have anything to do with my answer.
I don't see your point.

ok....
you "the only thing that matters, is that he's happy"
me "happiness today can cost future happiness"
meaning "there are more things that matter than his "happiness"
you "the question had nothing to do with drugs"
me "I never said the question had anything to do with drugs, it was a more extreme analogy"
meaning... ... never mind, I give up.

lol, ok. I wouldn't say that to just anyone. I wouldn't say the to someone who's doing something illegal (like drugs).
