What makes you think that, Mill?

    • 'Cause it's the ole saying, "Anything that's too good to be true. . . . .probably IS!" ! That's why! +6

    • Many men have reported tremendous improvements in their own sexual performance, which are attributable to the intake of these drugs. Blood flow to the lower region is essential for production and sustenance of erections; and, from what I've read, these drugs DO facilitate greater blood flow down there.

I cannot believe that it is only a psychological assurance that produces the results. I don't think ALL drugs are placebos. Maybe some are. It's upto the doctor to prescribe what s/he considers best for the man.

    • Thanks, Wiz! But I'm think'n in the "final analysis", it's really just a form of vitamins doing it! Many have the capability of doing just that; helping blood flow! Conjecture on MY part, of course, but I'm betting I'm NOT far wrong!

    • Neither of us being in the medical field, we can't reach definitive conclusions. I don't think it's just vitamins; these drugs must be similar to the drugs given to heart patients, but directed to a different part of the anatomy. In fact I read some years ago, that erectile dysfunction can be symptomatic of an underlying cardiac condition.

    • Yeah! I've heard that, too! But, like all these other "miracle" drugs (especially those for weight loss), I won't be surprised if I hear about a "class action lawsuit" down the road! Seems like ALL those "miracle drugs" carry SOME potential health malady after use! Whatever! Thanks again for your thoughts!

    • There must have been, or perhaps will be, a price to pay.
In a literal context, there's the washing up afterwards. ;-P

    • After 50+ decades. . . . .and many "moons" ago. . . . .and those people are NO LONGER around (if even georaphically speaking), and NO "washing up afterwards" was even remotely broached, I'm think'n that's NO LONGER applicable! Besides. . . . .being the distrusting person that I am. . . . . .I provided for that "possibility" at the time and was WAY AHEAD of the expectation! I'm, in a word, Wiz, NOT that stupid! Fortunately!

    • If you care to look to your right, under "More on this topic" there's a red bordered box titled "Side effects of Viagra for women."
I didn't know that women took viagra too. Were you aware of this? Is it the same pill that men take, or something designed specially for women?
