When I go to start my truck I get a fast clicking sound from the engine area, is this a dead battery?

    That clicking is probably the starter solenoid trying to engage. If you don't have enough electricity it can happen. Most electrical issues are from either a dead battery or an alternator that won't produce the correct voltage. If you engine won't turn over at all even with a full charge then it's most likely a starter issue.
