If a company computer catches a virus and management believes customer credit card information was put at risk do they need to report this?

You're reading The barber cut off my beard and I didn't ask for it. Actually, I stopped him from finishing the job because I jumped out of the chair, went out (without paying), with a half finished haircut and half of a beard. Did I do the right thing?

Not really. Not if you don't get the service you paid for. Check the law. Even here in the Philippines.
