Is it possible to get pregnant by inserting semen after ejaculation into the vagina? If so, what are the chances of getting pregnant this way?

It sure is! My husband and I used a needleless syringe to insert the semen. I also invested in an ovulation kit. Well, low and behold 2 months after we started trying this method I'm pregnant!
