Yes.

Watching TV approx. 85calories/hour
Sleeping approx 95calories/hour

Here is a calorie burning calculator( http://www.lowfatweekly.com/calorie_burning_calculator.htm )

Just enter weight and duration of activity in minutes and it'll give you the amount of calories you are burning. (=
