    What I believe, is irrelevant.

    The shroud was proven conclusively (by esteemed scientists) to be a fake, and the Catholic Church publicly admitted that the scientists were correct, when they claimed that the shroud was probably created in the 1400s.

    • Well based on Jewish burial customs there most certainly would have been a burial shroud. I for one would not expect a fabric item during those times to last forever and why would it be so wrong to make a facsimile or duplicate to carry on the traditions of his burial shroud? Thanks for your thoughts Mensan.
