You lose the ability to digest milk when you stop consuming it as a child. That is why there is such a thing as "lactose intolerance" - it's really just how it's supposed to be. It's not intolerance, it's more that some people are "lactose TOLERANT".
So no, it is not good for you in the least once you've grown up.
