    u need to do hot (moderate)oil massage on ur scalp twice a week. U should not change the shampoos frequently. Take lot of fruits, green leafy vegetables, milk, curd and plenty of water..... if possible take a multi vitamin tablet daily in the night. Use henna twice a week for gud results
