Help answer this question below.

I have a prescription for Vicoden. The dosage is one every twelve hours. I have 3 refills. The problem is my doctor only gave me 45 per prescription. Therefore, if I take the dosage prescribed by my doctor, I will run out after 22 days

22 days for each refill, or all together? Why did the doctor give you vicodin?
