Help answer this question below.

I know there are a lot of additions out there but sometimes i really think i am a sexual addict. is there such a thing and does anyone feel the same way. sometimes i spend way too much time on this.

an addiction is often defined by such a large craving and lack of control towards the craving that it negitivly impacts your life. for example, drinking...if you get drunk alone at home every night(hangovers, forgetfullness, ext...it has bad effects) but if you drink a few cold ones at the game and call a cab home then your fine. because you do not venture past your marital boundries it is simply not an addiction, only a craving/fasination/hobby/ whatever. no problem bro. have fun!
