What is the best strategy when playing blackjack, without counting cards?

    Buy a basic strategy chart, or copy one from a blackjack book. Only play in casino's that offer the most liberal rules. Many can be found in downtown Las Vegas.

    • The basic strategy charts are good. They'll enable you to keep your losses to a minimum. I'd also add a good general rule to follow in any gambling: never increase the size of your bets when you're losing -- that's how you wind up losing a lot of money.
