Try to notify there family to help in their assistance. After that, there's only one other choice.
When they quit paying rent they stoped being tenants and became freeloaders.
You'll have to evict them following the proper legal procedures.
Tenant notified me in writing to vacate property on 31 aug. How long do they have to remove property from the home?
