I was a switch-hitter in the day, and apart from the obvious "practice" (which IS the best advice), I actually found some use in watching lefties bat and mentally following their actions, and THAT also helped the naturalness of the action sink in.
I guess they call it "visualization", but whatever, it can work.

You're reading Im right handed but I want to start to hit left handed as well. Is there a step by step process to make it less awkward until it becomes natural?
