Torturing or raping or making someone suffer is inhumane, people do have rights including innocent people who fall victim to someone able to commit such unspeakable acts. I personally don't want my taxes to pay to keep someone comfortable in prison for the rest of there life to enjoy eating, sleeping, watching tv, something many of there victims will never be alive to enjoy. Such as the little girl that was sexually molested, throat slit and then dumped. I saw the mother and the girls twin brother on the news the other day to address the killer it was sad. When people do things like this it is too late for them.
