This morning i fell up the stairs and hit my shin on the edge of the step, now there is huge bump there is okay, if it is was is it?

You've never gotten a bump before? If it is that big a deal seek medical attention. We can't diagnose for you. You hit your shin that is normal. The swelling is a healing taking place after the trauma.
