Can you register a baby with your husbands last name and not the real fathers last name?

    Yes. If you have a baby while you are married your husband is the legal father. If the real biological father wants to exercise parental rights he would have to prove he was the real father. By "register" I'm assuming you mean the name on the birth certificate. Also, I am talking about U.S.A law.

    • No. I picked it from a free avatar site because it had gray hair and glasses. After my son saw it he told me it's a bad guy in an anime show. So that's probably why he looks shifty.
