Four automobiles arrive at a 4-way stop sign together. Who goes first?

    If they all arrive at a 4-way stop sign together, it would be the first person to initiate and motion the driver to their right to proceed followed by the next driver to the right and so on. Although this example of driver's etiquette would usually not occur because some people don't know proper traffic rules and some have no courtesy towards others.
