Why is it that God has to be refered as a "he". Does this annoy anyone?

    Doesn't have to, but it is rather uncommon to not refer to god as a male. There are some feminist groups, but I think it may just make more sense since he put a baby in a virgin's womb, and a woman getting a woman pregnant just doesn't seem right!

    • I think we've already established that it is common to refer to God as a "He". Your first sentence tells us nothing we don't already know.

      I didn't know that God had to have a spirit penis to make a female human virgin pregnant. Now THAT is something new.
