Those run by HONEST and FAIR MINDED people.
Look at professions that are NEEDED universally.
Generally they are providing either a service or a product that EVERYONE needs or uses.
Usually the more something is needed by the general population, the more money flow is involved...it can be either LARGE individual sums...such as Medical, Auto repairs...or smaller but many, frequent amounts spent.
Personally I don't care WHAT a professional does for a living...but how they CONDUCT their business. A fair and reasonable employer PAYS his or her employees fairly because they understand and acknowledge that the employees CONTRIBUTE greatly to the overall success of the company!
So to ME, a Respectable and Good Paying Professional SHARES THE WEALTH, AND the CREDIT for the SUCCESS. They also make a point of SUPPORTING their employees in DOING the best possible job for the company.
They work WITH employees to create optimum circumstances to overcome challenges in the work place and treat them as human beings who WORK TO LIVE...not who LIVE TO WORK!
