Help answer this question below.

Why, when xmas time comes around, do people then look after the poorer people in society? I would think any ordinary person, would do the right thing, on the other 364 days of the year!

    I believe, and I know, that millions of people give every day of the year, without fanfare or fuss, but when holidays come, it is always a time of celebration. So we think of those who cannot celebrate because of poverty or illness especially at those times, and give something extra.
