The colour on my Toshiba TV 28Z07B/32Z17B is not right. There seems to be a red tinge eg green grass appears red (but contradictorily green snooker baize appears dark blue). Is there a simple solution or can this be repaired cost effectively ? Thanks

  My Toshiba TV crackles and the picture has interference mostly when first turned on but also from time to time then goes back to normal...the tv is plugged into a powersurge strip and connected to comcast cable (checked cable, not the problem) Whats up?
