You're reading Is it necessary to count the number of letters in a certain word/phrase/name? I believe small children of 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 often do it because at that age it's considered educational. Any views from any of you, please? In my view it isn't OCD at all.

As far as I know, on Mastermind, when there is a tie on both points & passes, the player whose name has the greater, or greatest, number of letters will win. Hope that helps!
