Help answer this question below.

When I signed up with Match.com internet dating service, I was promised 6 moths for free. I noticed a charge of $127.79 on my June credit card statement, cld them & they came up with excuses. Anyone else hve this same problem?

    Oxymoron.

    You can always sue them if you have evidence that that's what they did. I would do everything to get my money back, that's not fair. I don't trust sites who take my card number.

    • I am going to try & call the resolution dept. this week and she if they will take care of this, but I am not holding my breath! I am very disappointed with Match.com and would not recommend it to anyone!

    • Thank God! I sent an email to their resolution dept. and they said they are going to credit back the rest. I am soooo glad!
