You're reading Why is it that we don't have a hetrosexual relationship section here for our questions? And why don't we have our own parades? Thoughts?

I completely agree with everything you say there and find it all so very fustrating! you know in the UK, they were talking about holding an assylum day where we all celebrate having taken others into our country and it would make them feel welcome. Yet if we were ever to suggest having an English (NOT British) day, being proud of our country and ethnicity we would be hounded as racists. The world is such a very hypocritical, topsy-turvy place. +4 wish i could give you more!

Aye....I do believe that white people did commit an terrible acts against the African americans 200 yrs ago. We made up for it in the civil war. Your british ancestors committed terrible acts to their own who came over here to the 'new land' and it seems we have been able to forgive that. However we do still celebrate independence day.... hmmm....you're right. Hypocritical seems to be the nature of those who feel entitled.
