Help answer this question below.

Is it illegal in California to take nude photos and videos, send them, and charge for them? My friend recently told me that she has been taking nude, sexual pictures and video clips of herself, and selling them to a guy on the internet for a while.

    Only if she is underage would it be illegal. The only thing I can see her getting in trouble for is with taxes, but she would have to be making more than a few bucks here or there!
