I own a home and it is my primary residence. I have had a roommate with no lease agreement, who has consistently paid late and I am currently owed money now. What options do I have to remove this person from my home?

This is a good answer, though you do not have to give the person a "reasonable" amount of time. You could have them leave within 24 hours, unless state law grants specific rights
