If you are not willing to commit to a diet plan there is no "easy diet".

If you are willing to commit all diets are based around eating less and working out more (i.e. burn more calories then you take in).

1)Make a work out schedule (about 5 times per week & make sure you feel worked out at the end though not to excess)
2)Eat less - Intake less calories (But still healthy)
    - Along with eating better, the goal here is to reduce the size of your stomach so once the dieting is over you aren't craving as much food and have taught your body how to work on the smaller portions
    - Reduce portions or (at first) eat an "normal" amount of low cal food
    - Snack on fruits or vegetables
    - Use the half diet. Order what you normally would eat half and throw the rest away.

"Your not going to lose weight if your not hungry"
You need to be both mentally hungry (really want it) and at some times physically hungry (training your body to eat good caloric portions) if you want to lose weight.

What should you be eating? ... Try:

    • "Your'e not going to lose weight if you are not hungry"? Then
how is it that people lose weight very fast on the Atkins diet?
On that diet there are no calorie restrictions. If there is just
one thing to say about that diet, that is you will not be hungry.

    • Oh, and whatever you do, do not follow the food guide pyramid.
This was created by lobbyists for the big food companies to
increase the sales of the foods with the highest profit margins,
      like bread, pasta, etc.

    • I wouldn't even attempt to defend the food pyramid.

It is becoming clear from reading your other comments that you love the Atkins diet and that it has almost religious significance for you. I am glad that you are so passionate about something. I will therefore stop arguing with you about it.

For everyone else, Atkins can work for short periods, but beyond a few months it can cause problems and hasn't proven to be very effective. Please don't take my word for it - go look for yourselves. You can even start with something simple like
