what works for me beside
drinking 8-10 glasses a day
eating 5-6 time a day every 3hrs.It should a good fat
drinking 2-3 cups of tea (green tea)
doing interval training.You will see changes in your body in just 10 days. 4-5 time a week taking rest
Qi gong/yoga. I really enjoy it because of breathing exercises
cut out all the sweets
It will help to get some supplements(those are not diet pills)
CLA,EFA,L-Carnitine & I also take some digestive enzyme

You're reading Help!! i really need to lose at least 6 inches off my waist in about 3 weeks. i dont wanna buy anything (no programs, diet pills or gym memberships) and imwilling to do lots of boring situps or diet. i need it to work effectively. can anyone PLEASE help?
