Help answer this question below.

I have 2 parakeets. I want to start feeding them people food. Can I feed them tomatoes? And, when I give them People food, should I put it on a paper towel in the bottom of their cage, or put it in a feeding dish, attached to the side of their cage?

    I don't think they need people food.
    Give them your usual bird feed.
    They aren't like cats or dogs. They're stomachs are much more sensitive.
    Be on the safe side.
