He ought to receive the death penalty like most adults would, I'm sorry but in this day and age a 12 year old has the mind of a 15 year old and are responsible for their own actions. What they really ought to do is if somebody commits a crime, their punishment ought to be what they did to their victims, see if they develop any empathy then, oh, forgot, he'd be killed wouldn't he..? Serves the bastard right.

    • I agree with you. However I know some one who was sent to prison for 5 yrs. because they caught some one vandalizing their property & when he confronted him they mouthed off to him. He then beat the crap out of the vandal (no differently than a off duty cop would of) & then he was charged with all kinds of charges.

Crazy, it was his 1st ever criminal case & the vandal got sent to prison on a unrelated incident before this guy was sentenced.

It was the 4th x the vandal had been to prison & was released before this guy & back in again before he got out.

    • that's terrible iceander! it's the same in the uk, you cant even protect yourself or property and god forbid you catch the criminal, if you retain him until the police get there you get done for kidnap! the world's gone crazy!

    • That is exactly what he got charged & convicted of. He spent over 3 yrs. inside & another 19 mo on parole. He is finished with the parole, but he now has to continue to requester as a sex offender for 10 yrs. because anyone convicted of kidnapping must do so here even if the crime isn't sexual which in this case it wasn't in anyway.

Needless to say it has devastated his life in almost every way.

It actually makes perfect sense once you realize that the system is 100% pro crime, pro prison, pro police.

Here in the US we have the highest prison population per capita in the world & growing because we have turned warehousing our citizens into a booming business.

The prison system here is very corrupt in many ways. There able to get slave labor out of the inmates & make big profits from their labor in addition to robbing the inmates by inflating the price of stuff they must buy such as toothpaste, soap, etc.
