While you (or your partner) was pregnant, what did you crave? and what was the oddest combonation you ate?

    im 14 weeks pregnant right now and i havent really had any cravings, i actually cant seem to get myself to eat at all! it sucks. the only things i can stand to eat are carbs(breads), fruits and some veggies.

    • I was like that with my first pregnancy. I ate bags of fruit all day. The second I wasnt so lucky, I craved pretty much anything that wasnt good for me. McDonalds, chocolate, icecream, seemed to be the more calories the better.

    • eek yeah i was told i have to try to stay away from all that. i was reading "what to expect while expecting" and they acted like fast food is poison to the baby. thats weird how with each of your pregnancies you craved completely different things. lol

    • Yeah it was really strange. I was upset with my self with all the junk I ate, not to mention all the weight. But he is a perfect little guy so I'll deal with the weight issues. =) Good luck to you and stay active, I think it helped me with the labor part.

    • thank you! yeah i finally met my OB/GYN today and she told me that i can eat whatever i want. even if that means pizza all day b/c at least im eating haha. how old is your son?

    • Well I have two. The older turns 3 the 27th of this month and the little one just turned 1 on the 29th of last month. Do you have any other kids? and do you want a boy or girl or it don't matter?

    • oh thats cool! both boys? this will be my first child. definetly unexpected too, i was on birth control. but im really excited now. i cant decide if i want a boy or girl. my bf really wants a boy and from the ultrasound i think that thats what its going to be. but i find out in 4 weeks for sure.

    • Boys are so cool. Im sure a girl would be too, but I am so happy I have two boys. They are great. I named my guys Dominic Michael and Nicolas Paul. Did you guys pick out any names yet?

    • we cant agree on any boy names. haha girl names seem to be easy, but not so much for boys.

    • Thats how it was for us too. So that seems about right if you cant agree on the boy names then you get a boy.
