On job applications, why in the world do they list "(Non-Hispanic or Latino)" after each nationality? I.E. "What race are you? Caucasian (Non-Hispanic or Latino), African American (Non-Hispanic or Latino), Asian (Non-Hispanic or Latino), etc"?
