You're reading How should I use the front and rear brakes? Together? One more than the other?

Makes sense if you don't know how to shift your weight going down a hill. Any hill steep enough to make the rear end bounce like that will send you over the bars even without brakes unless you lean back... putting more weight on the rear tire.
