    In Phoenix where there is not much water? A lot (no pun here). Now that real estate is cheaper, you stand to get a better deal though. You won't have to worry about the race issue down here so much as far as a black or white issue. We just have ignoramuses that hate the brown people.

      I have a friend who lives in Tempe. SHe says land is expensive! But she also lives on a lake lot. I told her to double check and make sure it wasn't a freaking mirage before she signed the papers. +6

    • The reason it is so expensive is because the Republican aholes decided that it would be a great idea (?) to funnel millions of tax dollars to build a lake in Tempe. It serves no purpose that I can glean. It's not even that scenic. Save your bucks. I would much rather be near an ocean or natural body of water any day.
