I have a 1995 Chevy Tahoe. It runs great, in good but not great condition cosmetically, and I own it. I would never trade it in to have to make car payments and higher insurance on a new car. When the Tahoe blows up eventually, I will consider the new car, but not until I am pushing mine into the dealership.
Can the VIN number reveal owner history?

car 1 year ago went to get it smog this week and he told me no way this vehicle passed smog last year can i do anything about this
