My girlfriend just broke up with me because her mom said she can't go out with me anymore or see me otherwise she's grounded for life. We both still love each other, and we want to be together. Can anyone help?

That would depend on the reason why her mother doesn't like you. If there are things you've done that have caused her bad feelings, you might want to work on fixing them.
