Funny you should ask that.I have a dog and two cats.of course the Dog does his biz in our backyard,but I think the Cats must use the neighbours garden.But I dont think there's much I can do about that to stop them after all a Cat goes were she/he pleases.There are products on the market that will put them off from going in your garden

Cats used to dirty up my front yard. And we can smell the poop when the wind catches it. I sprinkled pepper where they go. And that seems to stop them. I agree the owner can't control the cat or dog. Thanks, Madad.
