Interesting info. Eventhough humans can survive in limited situations, it does not mean they stay healthy. Inuit (a.k.a. Eskimos) were prone to osteoporosis. All that protein (which is acidic) required calcium (from their bones) to balance PH level.

You are overlooking how the Inuit, without realizing it, got their vitamins C and D, and their carbohydrates... year around...without which they would have perished. See NEXT ANSWER.
