Help answer this question below.

How do I convince my boyfriend that you should not hit a dog to punish it? He always says "she's fine." I know that she's fine, but I think it's wrong. Especially since she was abused as a puppy-- I got her as a rescue.

If the dog is yours he should respect your wishes and not touch the dog in any way except for affection towards the animal. Your boyfriend needs to respect your wishes and if he can't he's not worth much.
