Unless they lowered the driving age, which i don't believe they have, its 15 to get permit, 16 for license, SO my question is, is the kid and father both have Indiana license, if yes, your fine. Now If its not, driver can be hit for driving without a License, and father will be giving a ticket
If i sell a car to someone from another state, and i take my current plates off my car ,as they are in my name... what or how does the seller go about "plating" it to drive back to their own state?
