My mum said I can get my belly button pierced for my 13th birthday, but I'm scared it's gonna hurt. My friend got hers done and she said it was really painful. I'm quite thin and I haven't got much skin for them to pierce! Will it hurt

Hello, it hurts, really bad, what hurts worse is your nose and the industrial piercing in your ear. You, I think need to be 16 to legally get it done. DO NOT have some one that is not qualified to do it, do it. You WILL get a nasty infection, a kid in our town had their eyebrow pierced and got a staff infection, it is beyond gross and the scare that was left is to say the least disgusting. I took my daughter to a reputable piercing facility and she did well, she now has three healthy piercing, (O:
