How can I remove a sunflower seed that got stuck in my throat?

    Go to the emergency room because if it goes down ur windpipe, it can puncture your lungs causing you to die.

    • Use your finger or toothbrush to push the food out of the pit in your throat and rinse with a salt/iodine/water solution.
