I've only been married for a little over a year and I thought I was absolutely happy. But all of a sudden I've started cheating IN MY HEAD with a co worker. What can I do to make myself stop thinking about cheating on my lovely husband? I feel so guilty

The more you try to fight this the more you will think about it. It's like trying not to think of red. Novelty, attraction and the actual separateness between you and the coworker is the tension that fuels eroticism. Sameness, predictability and overexposure to your husband has dimmed the rawness of the erotic between you -just guessing. Don't feel guilty. You have a hunger born of a diet of repetition. I say mix it up a bit with hubby. Start with not being joined at the hip. Be your own person; so that there is two of you, and not two halves. Don't reveal all of your thoughts, and don't extract them from your hostage, ahem, I mean husband. Just kidding; believe me it can feel like that. You are just feeling your juices flowing. Cheat with your husband, not on him. Be his mistress.
