Any 3.5" drive, probably IDE interface. Your old hard drive is a 60gb, but any capacity will work. Heres a couple that would work.

My hard drive is formatted into two "disks"; a 20GB and an 80GB. I want to delete the second and create one 100GB disk. How do I do that?

You're reading I have an older HP pavilion 522n desktop and was wanting to change out the hard drive on it. I have been having problems finding out what would be a compatible replacement. Can anyone help?
