Yep, even if it's done correctly there's a small chance. That chance goes through the roof for a while if you miss a dose as your body will release tons of eggs all at once. The chance for multiple babies raises significantly if that happens as well.

im suppose totake my pill at the same time everyday but i always miss it but i always take it within the hour, will it still work

I started my first pack of birth control and I missed three days, resumed back taking the pills and then missed another 3 days.
