Help answer this question below.

Would too many computer processes slow down a computer? How do you know which you need and which you can delete? I closed all my windows and still had 45 processes, see REFERENCE LINK. Click on "full size" above photo to get a better view.

    Yes they would slow your computer down - as to what to turn off that would depend on what you do with that computer.
