Help answer this question below.

I really want a heatran! but even 11 ultra balls wont catch it (his HP was down to 1 or 2 or 3 or ..... well you get it) any one got tips. (i have no action replay or master balls just a ds and pokemon pearl) please help

    use dusk balls, Thats how i caught mine.
